St, Therese Instrumentation and Control, Supply and Services (STICSS) was established. It was a single proprietorship business venture with accreditation from the Department of Trade and Industry. Its main client was Central Azucarera Don Pedro, Inc. (CADP). It grew steadily to become CADP's biggest contractor and has branched out from instrumentation maintenance and repair to the supply of services in major related sugar milling and refinery processes.

STICSS Builders and Construction Company was formally established as the operations of STICSS continued to evolve.

The newly established STICSS Builders landed a contract as one of the construction companies at Pristine Ville Subdivision, The first house was started in March 2021. It has already delivered seven finished houses to satisfied clients with several more units undergoing construction.
By June of the same year, the new company was registered with the SEC and accreditation by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board followed.
A major renovation contract was also awarded in a big residential property in the prestigious Terrazas de Punta Fuego, Nasugbu, Batangas.

In March a water supply system with 14 thousand liter capacity was built and installed in a private residence at Pacifico, Sta. Teresita, Batangas.
A library and faculty lounge was built at the Sampa-Pacifico Integrated School. The project was inaugurated in October 2922.

Redesign and reconstruction of the former La Sirena Beach Resort at Brgy Nonong Casto, Lemery, Batangas.
